16.30.7.2               SCOPE:  This part sets forth application procedures to expedite licensure for military service members, their spouses and veterans.

16.30.7.3               STATUTORY AUTHORITY:  Subsection C of Section 61-15-4 NMSA 1978, prescribes that “The board…may make rules not inconsistent with law.”
