NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The New Mexico
General Services Department/ Property Control Division will hold a public
hearing on 1.5.25 NMAC “Lease-Purchase Rule”. The Hearing will be held on
Monday, November 8, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Montoya Building Bid Room
on the first floor, located at 1100 St.
Francis Drive, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505
The public hearing
will be conducted to all persons who have an interest in leasing property to
State of New Mexico with the intention of selling said property to General
Services Department, Property Control
Divisions.
