The Department of Finance and Administration, approved at its 7/6/2018 hearing, to repeal its rule 2.40.2 NMAC - Governing the Approval of Contracts for the Purchase of Professional Services (filed 12/23/2004) and replace it with 2.40.2 NMAC - Governing the Approval of Contracts for the Purchase of Professional Services, adopted on 07/09/2018 with amendments and effective 7/24/2018.
