The Human Services Department reviewed at its 11/29/2017 hearing, to repeal its rule 8.215.500 NMAC, Medicaid Eligibility Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Methodology - Income And Resource Standards

(filed 2/15/2001) and replace it with 8.215.500 NMAC, Medicaid Eligibility Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Methodology - Income And Resource Standards, adopted 02/01/2018 and effective 3/1/2018.
