The Human Services Department reviewed at its 10/13/17 hearing, to repeal its rule 8.314.3 NMAC, Medically Fragile Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Services (filed 4/16/2002) and replaced it with 8.314.3 NMAC, Medically Fragile Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Services adopted 02/08/2018 and effective 3/1/2018.
