NOTICE OF MINOR, NONSUBSTANTIVE CORRECTIONS

The Office of Superintendent of Insurance gives Notice of a Minor, Nonsubstantive Corrections.

Pursuant to the authority granted under State Rules Act, Subsection D of Section 14-4-3 NMSA 1978, please note that the following minor, non-substantive corrections to spelling, grammar and format have been made to all published and electronic copies of the following rules:

For rule 13.21.2.25 NMAC, the erroneous section number “27” was corrected and renumbered to “25”. Example of change:

“13.21.2.27 SEVERABILITY” changed to “13.21.2.25 SEVERABILITY”

For all sections in 13.21.3 NMAC, the erroneous chapter number “2” in the section number was corrected and re-numbered to “21”. Example of change:

“13.2.3.1 ISSUING AGENCY” changed to “13.21.3.1 ISSUING AGENCY”

All history notes and footers were also corrected with the correct chapter number.

For 13.21.3.12 NMAC: Subsections D through H are renumbered and corrected to Subsections C through G;

For 13.21.3.13 NMAC: Subsection F is renumbered and corrected to Subsection E.
