This is an amendment to 8.234.500 NMAC, Sections 8, 10
and 11, effective 1/1/2022.
8.234.500.8 MISSION: [To reduce the impact of poverty on people

STANDARDS: The resource standards for establishing eligibility are described in 8.215.500
NMAC. The resources of [an alien] a non-citizen sponsor
are not considered when determining eligibility.
