NOTICE OF
TERMINATION FOR PROPOSED RULEMAKING
The New Mexico Department of Transportation hereby provides notice
terminating the public rule hearing previously scheduled for Friday, April 23,
2021, during which the Department was to consider the repeal and replacement of
17.4.2 NMAC, requirements for occupancy of state highway system right-of-way by
utility facilities. The Department may take up new rulemaking upon and shall
issue notice as required by NMSA 1978, Section 14-4-1 et.
seq. The Department issues this
termination notice in accordance with Subsection C of NMSA 1978, Section
14-4-5.
