The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department approved the repeal of 18.19.5 NMAC, Motor Vehicle Code - Driver’s License (filed 8/31/2000) and replaced it with Motor Vehicle Code - Driver’s License (adopted on 2/28/2023), effective 3/14/2023.
