On April 18, 2025, The State Personnel Board repealed 1.7.10 NMAC, Furlough, Reduction in Force, Reemployment, Separation Without Prejudice, in accordance with 1.24.11.9. NMAC. and replaced it with 1.7.10 NMAC Furlough, Reduction in Force, Reemployment, Separation Without Prejudice effective 5/20/2025.
