OF RETIREMENT UNITS FOR RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES:
All corporations organized under the New Mexico Rural Electric
Cooperative Act subject to the Commission's jurisdiction shall use and comply
fully with the requirements of the Rural Electrification Administration's
STANDARD LIST OF RETIREMENT UNITS, REA Bulletin No. 181-2, with any subsequent
revisions.

OF RETIREMENT UNITS FOR ELECTRIC UTILITIES OTHER THAN RURAL ELECTEIC
COOPERATIVES: All electric utilities subject to the
Commission's jurisdiction except corporations organized under the New Mexico
Rural Electric Cooperative Act shall use and comply with the requirements of the
National Association of Railroad and Utilities Commissioners' LIST OF
RETIREMENT UNITS OF PROPERTY FOR ELECTRIC UTILITIES, 1961, with any subsequent
revisions by the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners.
