                A.            The land declared within the Curry County Basin on August 31, 1989, are as follows:  Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 37 East, a point on the New Mexico-Texas state line as well as on the Curry-Roosevelt county line; thence west along section lines to the southwest corner of Section 18, Township 1 North, Range 34 East, a point on Curry-Roosevelt county line; thence north along range line to the northwest corner of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 34 East; thence west along township line to the southwest corner of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 31 East, a. point on the Curry-Roosevelt county line; thence north along range line to the northwest corner of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 31 East, a point on the Curry-Roosevelt-Quay county line; thence east along township line to the northwest corner of Section 4, Township 4 North, Range 31.
