Modified Full Citation

Modified full citation is similar to the full citation but the name of the issuing agency is omitted.

Short-form Citation

Short-form citation consists of the title, chapter, and part number separated by periods and followed by “NMAC.”

Section Citation

If a citation goes to the section level, the section number is placed after the part number and before “NMAC.”
For example: 6.11.2.12 NMAC

Subparagraph Citation

If a citation goes below the section level, the designations precede the citation.
For example: Subparagraph (a) of Paragraph (2) of Subsection D of 6.11.2.12 NMAC.
